Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 4-5 apples
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • ¼ cup water

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F.
  2. Mix the first five ingredients well.
  3. Dice apples and spread them in a 9-inch square pan.
  4. Pour water and honey over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Cover apples with the mixture from the first five ingredients.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes.
