Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and raisins.
  3. In another bowl, stir in the mashed bananas to the liquid ingredients.
  4. Add liquid mixture to the dry mixture and stir.
  5. Pour batter in muffin cups.
  6. Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes.
