Molten brie cheese with honey
Preparation : 5 minutes
Servings : 6 to 8 portions
- brie cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) puréed raspberries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) sliced almonds
- Purée raspberries with a fork.
- Spread honey, almonds and raspberries on the brie cheese.
- Bake in the oven (375 °F) for about 15 minutes or until the center of the cheese is melted.
